Information about sales, items and prices
The terms and conditions apply when registering your participation in the online form on this website. All registration options are listed together with the prices. Information about the items is presented in the registration form and on the other webpages. 

All registration have to be made via the online registration form.
Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice -  any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the conference​ participants. 
The payment deadline is 10 days from submitting the registration form, the dates are also marked on the invoice.

Registration process
Participation in the Transmedia Conference is subject to a fee. Please fill in all compulsory fields and make the selections about your participation. At the end of the form, you will see the amount to be paid. You can then preview your registration form and submit the registration, then making a selection between payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), an Estonian bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay) or to receive an invoice. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will get the invoice via e-mail within an hour after registering. If you choose online payment, you will be directed to the website of the online payment service provider Maksekeskus and the invoice will be sent to you automatically after successful payment. If you pay online, it is necessary to click on "Return to merchant" after confirming the payment in your online bank.
 We can only accept euro-payments.

The registration is confirmed when the payment has been received. The fees are to be paid in order to access the conference platform and contents.

Delivery
After filling in the registration form, an automatically generated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address inserted in the form. The e-mail contains a PDF link with the registration data which can be downloaded and serves as a written confirmation. The invoice will be sent after successful registration no matter which payment option you selected. 

If you notice a mistake in your registration data, please contact the secretariat at your earliest convenience. If you need some information on the invoice to be changed (e.g. some items to be added, a VAT number to be added, the payment deadline extended), please contact the secretariat. Cancellation policy
Should you cancel your registration by 1 November 2020, the registration fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 10€ and the bank charges for the refund. Should you cancel your registration by 30 November 2020, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 10€. In the event of a cancellation after 30 November 2020, no refund is possible. In the event that a student should wish to cancel their Early Bird registration, a refund will not be possible due to the refund administration fee being equal to the registration fee 10€.

Please submit your cancellation to the Secretariat in writing via e-mail: transmedia@publicon.ee 
Cancellation requests must contain the following information:

The full name of the person requesting the refund
Their e-mail address
The amount they paid
Their bank account number or IBAN
Their full address, including the postal code
Their country
The name of their bank and its full address
The SWIFT/BIC code
Name changes are free of charge. 

All refunds will be processed within two weeks after the conference.

Processing personal data
The secretariat will process the personal data (such as the name, phone number, address, e-mail address) inserted into the registration form only in relation to the registration to this conference.
Publicon OÜ as the payment intermediary is the party responsible for handling personal information. This party will submit the personal information necessary to complete the payment to the authorized service provider Maksekeskus AS.
